Robert W. Beth, Chief Executive Officer

Bob is co-founder of VizzVox and serves as Director, President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Beth previously served as Chief Technology Officer for Market Insight Group, a venture company providing online demographic analysis to national retail chains such as The Gap, Williams-Sonoma and Apple Computer. Mr. Beth also served as an executive consultant to DMW Worldwide, a venture company providing telecom billing systems to customers such as EchoStar and Japan Cellular.

Mr. Beth founded Proponent, Inc., an independent software vendor and creator of breakthrough software design tools that ease the business application development process. He also founded Matrix Computer Company, which developed and marketed a turnkey accounting system for small to medium sized CPA firms. As a consultant and entrepreneur, Mr. Beth’s clients and partners have included Cellular One, Hewlett Packard, NeXT Computer, Macy’s, MCI, Motorola, Sun, Swiss Bank and the USAF/National Reconnaissance Office.

Mr. Beth received an A.B. degree in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley in 1975.

Steven E. Harshbarger, Chief Creative Officer

Steve is the inventor of VizzVox, co-founder, and serves as Director and Chief Creative Officer. In his nearly 20-year career in the software industry, he's played the roles of product designer, technology evangelist, team builder, practice manager and business developer. He served as Director and General Manager at Plural, Inc., a software development consultancy (since acquired by Dell) where his practice won Microsoft's prestigious Partner of the Year award; Chief Technology Officer at Prestwick Partners (a venture backed merchant banking firm); and as a senior consultant at KPMG Consulting implementing financial software for public sector clients. He and his teams have delivered custom web applications and software solutions to organizations such as Charles Schwab, HP, JB Were, Merrill Lynch, Microsoft, Wells Fargo Bank and the World Health Organization.

As a writer, he co-authored Microsoft Commerce Solutions (Microsoft Press, 1999) the Excel 97 Developer's Handbook (Microsoft Press, 1997), The Intranet Data Warehouse (Wiley, 1997), and Official Microsoft Intranet Solutions (Microsoft Press, 1996). As a public speaker, he has addressed topics such as e-Business Strategies on KICU-TV’s Silicon Valley Business This Week, Windows CE Enterprise Solutions at Windows World, and Developing Solutions with Microsoft Excel at Microsoft Tech-Ed.

Dennis Stradford, Board of Directors

Dennis joined the VizzVox board in 2006, and is currently CEO of Nomis Solutions. Mr. Stradford joined Nomis in 2003 to lead the rapid growth of the company. He has had a highly successful career in the software industry leading the creation and expansion of Supplybase and CasecadeWorks into sustainable enterprises, both of which were acquired. Prior to his work in the software industry, Mr. Stradford was a senior executive at Flextronics (Nasdaq: FLEX) where he managed the growth of the company from $40 million in revenues to a multi-billion dollar enterprise that included a public offering. Mr. Stradford held leadership posts at Flextronics across the Americas, Europe and the Far East.
